Tracey’s various hospitality businesses have received Best Bites awards across multiple years and multiple categories including Best Venue, Overall Winner and Healthy Choices Winner.

Elements Eatery at Yawa Aquatic Centre was recognised with Mornington Peninsula Shire’s ‘Business of the Year’ and ‘Hospitality Business of the Year’  at the Business Excellence Awards.

The Healthy Choices framework is a Victorian Government initiative designed to promote healthier food and drink options. Creating a menu with an 80% green focused ‘healthy choices’ menu is required in some business settings and requires a deep understanding of the guidelines set out by the Healthy Eating Advisory Service.
